(a) by Decision of Board of Trustees

(b) by Age of 60*years for Directors and 70years for Coordinator

(c) by Individual choice.

Resignation & Termination

(a)An individual may choose to cease to serve with MLT

(b) Resignation will require at least three months’ notice to the management through the person’s supervisor 

(c) Resignation is to be accepted only after dialogue with Supervisor, Management, Coordinator and BOT and after input by an agreed Christian third party.

Termination of a staff’s work in MLT will be by the decision of Board of Trustees upon recommendation by the Coordinator who will do so after due consultation with the Management Staff.

Termination will also be after agreed Christian third party has made input. Examples include Pastor/Senior Pastor of Individual;

Termination will by written communication with the organization’s official letterhead and seal. Copies will be sent to the Pastor and Senior Pastor/Bishop.
